Today we had an extra special GuiDANCE moment during class. I put on your Escapes CD to begin the warm-up and a young boy began the most beautiful improvisational dance. His body flowed with the music; spirit free. He and the music were one. I held back tears and his dad and I looked at each other mouthing, "Wow...Wow!"
